We only send some equipment at night

Last night it was that time again, the security service counted up the seconds 21:59:58, 21:59:59, 22:00:00. The heavy-duty transporter finally rolls off the factory premises. The security service can call it a day.

The driver's working day begins and with it the journey of the last component of the ASV 2000 to Ravne na Koroškem, a good 1,000 km away. The longest section of the press' frame, which weighs almost 50 tons, is only allowed to travel at night in Germany.

After installation at its destination and after commissioning, it will then straighten steel bars 24/7 as the heart of the moving frame straightener. Diameters of 450 mm and lengths of up to 8,000 mm can thus be brought within the required tolerances.

Subsequent processing steps are drastically shortened, and raw material may even be saved. Productivity and value creation increase.
