There it is again, the year-end run

Do you know what it's like; the whole year goes well, but then things get hectic again at the end?

We were delighted to have full order books at the beginning of this year - a big thank you to our loyal and new customers! - and a total of 48 machines were built in Erkrath over the course of the year. This is a great result and one that we are proud of.

But now, just before Christmas, things are getting really stressful again. Many machines still want and need to travel before the holidays so that they can move into their new home at the start of 2024. For our employees, this means scheduling and carrying out factory acceptance tests (FATs), completing any remaining work, dismantling, packing and loading machines.

Admittedly, this is not always easy, as many parties, both internal and external, have to be involved. We currently have customers visiting us almost every day. Just last week, we were able to complete FATs of four machines together with their new future owners and send them on their way. Further approvals are also due this week.

At the same time, numerous (new) customers are currently placing their trust in us and having us carry out straightening trials, which also need to be planned and coordinated by the end of the year.

But as we all know, you grow with your challenges, and we are very happy to take on this challenge and look forward to the coming days with further pre-acceptances and machine deliveries.
