Sometimes it can be a little more

Our core competence is the design and manufacture of straightening and assembly and joining machines as well as presses. This is what we are known for.

What is less known, through deep process knowledge and a steadily expanding project management team, we can offer you much more.

As a general contractor, we are currently building a complete cell for a customer in France. Our scope of supply consists of:

  • three deliverables, which we designed and built ourselves; an assembly machine, a straightening machine and an outfeed handling system with buffer section for up to 26 workpieces,
  • integration of a knurling machine which was provided by the customer,
  • programming of the complete handling by two robots and
  • interface handling to processes in front of and behind the cell.

During the project, both the range of workpieces and the scope of supply changed, but the delivery date was still met and the ambitious cycle times, which were contractually guaranteed, were already achieved during the preliminary acceptance.

Now the task is to confirm this again in terms of quality and cycle times after the installation of the machine at the customer's plant during MFU.
