Quality knows no age!

"Refurbished" hasn't been a new thing for a long time now, with numerous providers engaged in the remanufacturing of old electronic items such as smartphones, tablets and notebooks to give them a sustainable second life.

This trend is not yet as widespread in mechanical engineering, although a rethinking is taking place here as well.

For some time now, we have been selectively purchasing used automatic straightening machines of the M-AH type to refurbish them in order to be able to offer them to customers who have special requirements in terms of sustainability.

This is not about being able to offer the lowest price or the shortest delivery time - the refurbishing of machines is sometimes extremely costly - but rather about redefining sustainability for us.

Our machines are largely made of steel, which shows hardly any wear even after decades of use, so we reuse components such as the table and ram plate as part of our refurbishing process.

Other components such as electronics and pneumatics are usually completely replaced with new parts. The workpiece specific tooling is also completely redesigned and manufactured to customer specifications.

Our customers can rely on the proven MAE quality despite reused parts.
