Progress in pump shaft machining

Hochmoderne Richtmaschine zur Bearbeitung von Pumpenwellen von Grundfos - MAE Group.

Today we had the great pleasure of having the machine acceptance test carried out by Grundfos at our premises.

The state-of-the-art machine is specially designed for straightening pump shafts made of high-quality materials with workpiece lengths of up to 2,000 mm.

A special feature of the M-AH is that it is equipped with an automatic set-up module and a second straightening hammer, which significantly increases the efficiency and accuracy of our machining processes. ?

In addition, the machine is prepared to enable optimum integration into future robot cells. This will help GRUNDFOS to further automate and optimize its production processes.

We would like to thank the Grundfos team for their excellent cooperation during the project and acceptance. ????

Stay tuned for further developments!
