Do you still know each of your employees by name?

Today, a lot revolves around the topic of software support and AI. Even we, with our 130 employees at the Erkrath site, no longer want to do without modern HR tools and have digitized many processes in the last two years.

At the "Zukunft Personal" trade fair, we met with our service provider hrworks and exchanged our next ideas for further digitalization. AI has also become an integral part of our daily work, although we still have a lot of room for improvement.

But in the end, it remains very important for us to know every employee by name and to preserve the family environment of a small, medium-sized company despite all the digitalization. Personal encounters promote a positive corporate culture and create trust, thereby supporting employee loyalty in the MAE family in the long term!
