Deciding together, acting together, shaping the future together. With this in mind, our first international management team meeting is taking place this week.

On the way to the MAE. Group, in which all companies have an equal status, the managing directors of our two subsidiaries in the USA and China and our German management team are currently meeting at the site in Orwigsburg, PA (USA). In this context, the focus will be on the future direction of the MAE. Group, topics such as increasing efficiency, optimizing processes and ensuring uniform performance and quality for our customers worldwide.

"Our goal must be to offer all our customers the same service and quality that they expect from us, without losing the strengths of our local organizations," says our CEO of the MAE. Group, Claas Jorde.

With this in mind, we want to further connect the international teams, promote communication and implement ideas for improvement. It is important that group decisions are no longer made solely from Germany in future, but jointly across all companies in order to guarantee the best possible performance.
