Connecting generations and shaping the future

Demographic change and the shortage of skilled workers are presenting us all with new challenges. However, we understand this also as an opportunity and take advantage of it.

How we do it?

By increasingly offering young people the opportunity to lay the foundations for their professional development with us, to develop and to commit themselves to our company in the long term. At the same time, we would like to ensure that our customers can continue to count on us, the accustomed quality of our machines, and our service in the future.

Big goals - small steps: At the beginning of August, we welcomed two new trainees to our team. Sena is training to become an electronics technician for automation technology, Jonas is training to become a technical product designer.

The recruitment and promotion of young people is close to our hearts, because they are not only the skilled workers of tomorrow, but also bring a breath of fresh air to our team. The transfer of knowledge between our experienced employees and the trainees is invaluable in the current situation. Intergenerational collaboration not only ensures the transfer of expertise, but also enables the exchange of experience and ideas.

We firmly believe that this investment in the future is exactly the right path for our company. Together - shaping the future of MAE and leveraging generational diversity to continue to be successful.
