AI, ChatGPT & Co. More and more areas of our daily lives are becoming more digital, but does this also apply to companies?

We have all certainly tried ChatGPT and AI image generators at one time or another, and we have all been amazed. Really useful tools. But: Companies should focus on the basics first.

Printing, signing, and scanning contract documents. This is everyday life in many German companies - including ours. Here it becomes clear that we are still nowhere near as digital as we would like to be. However, we at MAE have digitized numerous processes over the past months and years:

✅ Order files
✅ Travel expense reports
✅ Receipt and processing of invoices
✅ Vacation requests and sickness notifications
✅ Social media

Projects that we are proud of, but which are also just the beginning, because there are still many areas and processes that need to be automated and digitized.

Digitization offers us a great opportunity to relieve our employees in many areas and to optimize processes and make them more efficient. Important aspects, not only to become more attractive as an employer, but also to provide our customers with a more customer oriented, better and faster service and to further improve our service and product offering. We are already working on the next project: a digital spare parts catalogue ?
