🔶 BIGGEST ORDER IN OUR HISTORY! 🔶

MAE Technologie für industrielle Richtmaschinen und Radsatzpressen - weltweit führender Hersteller

Do you remember the system in the picture? That's right, our ASV 2000 moving frame straightening system for our Slovenian customer.

Recently, we were able to place a similar project with a customer in North America - the largest project in our company's history! 🇺🇸 The customer - one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-performance nickel and cobalt-based alloys - has placed its trust in us for a truly mammoth project.

What do we deliver? An ASV 1500 moving frame straightening machine (experts are now nodding knowingly 😉). Our customer will use it to straighten steel bars with diameters of 95 to 355 mm and lengths of up to 10 m.

The special feature: For the first time, our customer will also be able to process rectangular and square cross-sections with this system. In addition, we are not only supplying the straightening system, but also a comprehensive part of the interlinking system - including depositing tables, cross conveyors and complete roller conveyors!

A complete package that fills us with pride and anticipation. 🎯

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for the trust they have placed in us. We will deliver - with German engineering skill, American pioneering spirit and in the usual MAE quality! ✓
