Last week, our second International Management Team Meeting of the MAE. Group took place in Erkrath last week, following our visit to our colleagues in the USA at the beginning of the year.

Three days of intensive discussions, clear visions and bold decisions! 💡 What makes us particularly proud is that the course has been set for significantly improved competitiveness in North America and Asia.

In a world full of virtual meetings, nothing can replace face-to-face exchanges across continents. When managers from different cultural backgrounds sit around a table, ideas emerge that would never see the light of day in video conferences. ✨

The grand finale on the fourth day: Strategy Deployment Review together with GESCO SE, SVT GmbH and Georg Kesel GmbH & Co. KG in Schwelm. Synergy in its most beautiful form! 🤝
